The Department of Mathematics at EMU offers a broad range of courses and programs for students interested in learning about math. Our faculty members have research interest in number theory, algebraic topology, statistics, partial differential equations, graph theory, and math education. They work with students on independent study projects and through informal conversations in our Math Den.
